KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the full procurement cycle within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.
• Analysis of the supplier market, evaluation of commercial proposals and monitoring of price trends to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Development and implementation of procurement strategies in accordance with production needs and business objectives companies.
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, contract terms, delivery terms and commercial terms of cooperation.
• Ensuring uninterrupted and timely supply of materials and components for production processes.
• Developing long-term partnerships with key suppliers and effective interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluating supplier performance and implementing quality improvement measures cooperation.
• Ensuring compliance of procurement activities with the company's internal policies and the requirements of current legislation.
• Management of contract documentation and purchase reporting (contracts, purchase orders).
• Participation in the improvement of processes and procedures in the field of procurement.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in the field engineering, supply chain management or related fields.
• Experience in the field of technical procurement of 3 years or more in a system manufacturing or construction company.
• Ability to analyze technical and commercial information.
• The level of English is B1+.
• Understanding contract management principles and basic legal requirements in the field of procurement.
• Confident mastery of MS Office; experience with SAP will be an advantage.
• Developed skills in building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Willingness to work in an office format (Kyiv, right bank).
