Digital analyst in Sinhronik, TOV

Synchronic is an outsourcing IT company that implements the full cycle of online project implementation, from the idea stage to the promotion of the finished product.

We are looking for an active and ambitious Digital Analyst-a ready to join our team.

Requirements:

• Work experience a digital analyst from 1 year;
• Experience with web analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) and data visualization;
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Understanding the processes of working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and the basics of digital marketing and its key concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.);
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify key insights, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate analytics and recommendations to team and stakeholders;
• Skills presentation of results and the ability to simplify complex concepts for people without a technical background.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and maintaining web analytics tools to track user behavior and receiving data about site visits;
• Implementing and configuring a management tag (for example, using Google Tag Manager) to collect events and receive other data;
• Analyzing data about traffic, traffic sources, user behavior;
• Measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and site goals (for example, conversions, time spent on the site, depth of page views);
• Preparation of regular reports;
• Visualization of data using visualization tools;
• Design and implementation of A/B tests and other experimental methods to improve site performance;
• Providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns based on the received data.
