Responsibilities:

• Management of technical processes and maintenance of all company facilities.
• Development and implementation of a strategy to improve technical processes.
• Control of the technical condition of equipment and buildings.
• Management of projects for the commissioning of new facilities (from start to finish, including planning, budget control, meeting deadlines and quality of work).
• Management of technical personnel, including engineers, designers and other specialists.
• Development and implementation of strategies to support and increase the efficiency of the operation of buildings and structures.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements at the facilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of technical operation from 5 years.
• Higher education in the field of technical sciences or engineering.
• Sure knowledge in the field of maintenance and repair.
• In-depth knowledge of construction technologies and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and make important decisions.
• High communication skills.
