We are actively developing and launching new projects, so we are looking for a recruiter who will help us find the best people and make them part of our team.

What is important to us:

• Experience as a recruiter in the banking sector from 1 of the year.

• Ability to understand business needs and quickly find solutions.

• Communication, responsibility and result orientation.

What you will do:

• Search and selection of candidates for various areas of the head office.

• Conducting interviews and organizing meetings with by customers.

• Maintenance of analytical reporting (long list/short list of candidates and companies).

• Participation in HR projects: personnel adaptation, formation of personnel reserves, exit interviews, development of referral programs, internship programs and participation in career events.
