Technical administrator in Makashov School

The company "Makashov School" is looking for a technical administrator for work. We are an innovative educational company that works on the development and implementation of modern technologies in the educational process.

What you will do:

-Primary communication with the client after being transferred by the sales department

-Distribution of clients according to curators/mentors databases, control of the number of students at the curator

-Answers to students’ questions at the onboarding stage

-Communication with VP on Onboarding issues

-Administration of the educational platform

-Introduction of changes to products by the task of Product manager or methodologist

-Creation, configuration of offers for student streams on the platform

- Issuing access to offers to students, solving related problems with the platforms in case they arise

-Communicating on theses of platform support on request

-Assisting the team with technical issues on the platform

-Uploading reports on flow profitability from the platform

-Performance of other tasks related to the design or functioning of the platform

-Regular reporting

- Administering chats

-Creating and designing student chats according to the instructions

-Adding to student chats, checking whether all students from the database are available in the chat

-Solving technical problems of clients

-Communication with clients on technical issues at the onboarding stage

-Solving specific technical issues of clients that are conveyed by curators/mentors

- Experience of working in the online field training is notnecessary, but will be an advantage

- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

- Communication and skill work in a team
