We are expanding our staff and are looking for active, communicative and energetic candidates who want to join our team as a tenant manager.< br/>
What are the requirements for the candidate:

• Own a car
• Work experience in a similar field
• Active life position and willingness to work for results.
• Experience with office equipment will be an advantage
  
  

What is included in the duties:

• Analysis of the real estate market and search for NEW locations according to certain criteria.
• Collection of information about objects, analysis of competitors, assessment of potential customers' purchasing power, etc.
• Negotiations with landlords, brokers, etc.
• Drafting and full support of lease agreements, contracts with utility services.
• Checking lease agreements and transfer of information to accounting
