The legal service "CONSULTANT" has been successfully working in the field of legal services for about 3 years and is now looking for an experienced and active Sales Team Lead!

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position from 1 year;
• Ability to build a motivated and effective team of 7-15 people;
• CRM experience system;
• Ability to be a team player and build great relationships with your managers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current sales strategies and improve them;
• Ensure execution of team plan, support of motivation and results of your teams;
• Control the quality of lead processing, ensure the effective work of managers;
• Interact with other departments (marketing department, IT department and lawyers) to improve the customer experience.

What we offer:

• Salary from $1,500 + additional bonus for executing the sales plan of your team;
• Work REMOTE
• Full-time work schedule: Mon-Fri from 18:00 to 02:00;
