About the company:
We are an international group of companies operating since 2020 with a portfolio of products in various markets. The company is actively scaling and we are developing our recruiting function.
What you need to do:
Manage and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers: set tasks, control priorities, quality and deadlines
Lead the full cycle of recruitment for key areas: Marketing, Affiliate, Product, Tech, Operations, Payments, etc.
Collaborate with managers and management in matters of hiring strategy and team planning
Ensure accurate intake of vacancies and full onboarding support
Monitor and improve recruiting metrics: time-to-hire, funnel efficiency, offer acceptance, quality of hire
Optimize recruiting processes, interviews and experience candidates
Work with ATS (PeopleForce), analytics and reporting
Participate in the development of employer branding (LinkedIn, Telegram, market communication)
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in recruiting, including Team Lead / Recruitment Lead / Senior Recruiter
Experience recruitment in digital products, IT or high-risk / regulated niches
Ability to simultaneously manage a complex and voluminous recruitment
Good knowledge of the talent market for digital / high-risk projects (sports, casinos, gambling platforms)
Data orientation: metrics, analytics, funnel
Strong communication skills and approach of a business partner
English level B2+ (used daily)
