Team Lead QA Engineer in Logika, TOV, Konstruktorske byuro

The KB Logic company is looking for an experienced Team Lead QA,
who will be able to build an effective, transparent and stable testing process in our projects.

We create educational program complexes and simulators for civilian and military purposes — that is why product quality is critically important to us.

 Needed skills:   

• Experience in managing a QA team; 

• Understanding the life cycle of a game project; 

• Experience with bug trackers (GitLab, Jira, etc.); 

• Ability to write test cases, checklists, bug reports; 

• Understanding different types of testing; 

• Communication, initiative, responsibility. 

 

• Setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, mentoring; 

• Building, maintaining and optimizing QA processes; 

• Interaction with development, design, analytics teams; 

• Test planning (manual, automated, smoke, regression, playtests, etc.); 

• Work with bug tracking and test documentation; 

• Software Testing; 

• Testing of physical design models and layouts;
