Now our SMM team is actively growing - we are looking for a Team Lead who will develop the TikTok division of VTM, who will build a content strategy together with the team and implement it to life!
What you will do:
- You will become the driving force behind the development of one of the brands, our flagship (SKINBAR) in TikTok - you will test, analyze, search for formats are working At the beginning, you will lead it yourself, then you will hand it over to the gentle creative hands of an SMM specialist. In the future, when you, together with the Head of SMM, will create a dream team of the division, you will launch TikTok of our other brands of VTM (own brand).
- You will create content strategies, tone of voice, rubrics for TikTok of other brands;
- You will control the TikTok team
- You will select references, trends, approve bloggers, ideas for collaborations;
- You will cooperate with a target specialist for effective content integration in advertising;
- You will analyze results and scale up successful cases.
You are suitable for us if:
- You have experience in the development of TikTok accounts (from idea to results);
- You understand how TikTok algorithms and trends work;
- You can create authentic content and think creatively;
- You have organizational skills and are ready to lead the direction;
- You understand the principles of content interaction and targeting.
- You can work in a team
It will be a plus:
- Experience in the beauty, fashion or lifestyle sphere;
- Successful cases of TikTok accounts;
- Experience in building SMM or TikTok teams.
