Your main mission:
Provide high-quality technical support for the "Diya" portal, promptly solving complex user problems and maintaining the uninterrupted operation of digital services. Your work will directly affect the comfort of interaction of millions of Ukrainians with state services.
The focus of the work:
- analysis and resolution of technical problems transmitted by L2 support;
- work with logs and monitoring systems for troubleshooting; font-weight: 400">interaction with the development and integration teams to solve system problems;
- updating and maintaining the L1 and L2 support performance;
making changes to user issues.
We expect you to: 400"/>- higher education (bachelor's or master's degree);
- experience in IT product support from 1 year;
- readiness to work in the office, in Kyiv;
– knowledge of monitoring, logging and tracing systems (ELK stack: Elasticsearch, Kibana);
– experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence);
– skills in working with JSON and understanding the working principles of the REST API;
– experience with CRM / ERP systems;
– excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
– the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
It will be a plus:
– experience with government or regulated products;
– knowledge of the specifics of the Diya portal or similar government services.
