Today we cooperate with clients from 17+ countries in Europe, as well as from Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

Now we are looking for an ambitious Team Lead of Recruitment - a person who will help us build a strong team and take recruiting to a new level.

Main tasks:

• Supporting recruiters in solving complex tasks and recruiting personnel.
• Structured thinking and making strategic decisions based on analytics.
• Development of innovative solutions for automating recruiting processes.
• Training and team development, providing constructive feedback.
• Development of development plans employees.
• Active participation in recruitment for key company positions.

Our ideal candidate:

• Experience in the role of Team Lead of Recruitment from 1 year or mass recruitment experience from 3 years.
• Understanding the specifics of call center work and mass recruiting features.
• Experience in building effective recruiting processes.
• English language will be an advantage.
• Ability to make decisions, think systematically, motivate the team and achieve results.
