SMM Manager / Advertising Specialist for WOW Fitness in WOW fitness

WOW Fitness is a modern fitness club in Kryvyi Rih, which is actively expanding. We need a specialist who knows how to systematically generate applications and influence sales.

The main goal of the position:

Increasing the number of leads for subscriptions and attracting new customers through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

Your tasks:

• Developing an SMM strategy with a focus on lead generation

• Content plan for the sales funnel (coverage > trust > application)

• Organization of regular shootings in the club

• Creation of Reels that go into recommendations

• Working with sales triggers (limited offers, customer cases)

• Starting and optimizing targeted advertising (Meta Ads)

• Testing hypotheses and scaling work contact

• Monthly analytics: CPL, number of applications, ROMI

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 1-2 years of experience in SMM

• Has real cases with numbers (applications / sales)

• Understands how local works market

• Knows how to shoot and edit videos independently

• Works with Meta Ads

• Thinks about the result, not a “beautiful profile”

KPI:

• Number of applications per month

• Cost of a lead

• Growth of reach

• Conversion from Instagram to sales
