Our team is currently growing, so we're looking for an experienced and creative Team Leader Media Buying to lead ad buying and help us scale. This is a role for someone with analytical thinking, leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions. If you know how to turn data into effective campaigns and inspire a team - we are on the way.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in positions Senior /Team Lead (Head) in the gray vertical,in the directions of media buying /affiliate marketing / marketing (dating vertical will be an advantage);
• Experience of managing a team of 5 people;
• Experience of working with a geo product - Tier-1;
• Sound theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the analysis of advertising campaigns/strategies/offers/communications;
• Approaches to the generation and testing of theories / traffic sources;
• Analytical skills, data-based decision-making, forecasting market trends and finding solutions in advance,
• Proactivity, initiative and focus on results.
   

What you will do:

• Audit existing traffic sources. Determining the share of their value in business development and application efficiency;
• Team management: organization of traffic procurement processes
• Control over procurement and traffic flow: responsibility for the effectiveness of traffic attraction,
• Education and development of the team: mentoring, conducting trainings, sharing knowledge, increasing expertise,
• Communication with the market: interaction with other agencies and donors to share experience and implementation of effective solutions,

• Analytics and optimization: identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovations, automating manual processes.
