Team Lead of Analytics in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Our client is a global leader whose digital products (web, mobile, apps) have conquered more than 100 countries and is consistently among the TOP-3 global players in their field. 

We are currently looking for a Team Lead Analyst for the Customer Retention team - a team that helps to better understand our users, analyze their behavior and find new ways to retain customers. 

If you have strong leadership skills, can effectively coordinate the work of a team, motivate specialists and direct them to achieve ambitious results, this opportunity is for you.

You are a candidate for our team, if:

• Have experience as a Senior Data Analyst or Team Lead of Analytics;
• Able to analyze product and marketing metrics (LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ROMI, ROI);
• Able to find and "highlight" problem areas, identify reasons for change indicators;
• Worked with analytical tools - SQL, Python, PowerBI (or other BI systems);
• Your level of English is sufficient to read technical documentation.

Tasks on the given positions:

• Management of a team of data analysts withresponsibility for the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the work performed;

• Active participation in project initiatives — from clarification of requirements to joint work on analytical solutions and their implementation;

• Modeling and distribution of analytical tasks in the team;
