The legal service "CONSULTANT" has been successfully working in the field of legal services for over 3 years and is currently looking for an experienced and active Sales Team Lead to work in the Polish market!

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position from 1 of the year

• Ability to form a motivated and effective team (7–15 people)

• Experience with CRM

• Skills of team interaction and building productive relationships with managers

• Experience or understanding of the specifics of the Polish market will be advantage

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and improvement of current sales strategies on the Polish market

• Ensuring the execution of the team plan, support of team motivation and results

• Quality control of processing leads and optimizing the work of managers

• Interaction with marketing, by the IT department and lawyers to improve the client experience

What we offer:

• Salary from $1000 + bonuses

• Remote work

• Schedule 09:00–18:00 (Polish or Ukrainian time — according by agreement)
