We are looking for a person who enjoys experimenting with models, constantly tests new tools, knows how to quickly find solutions and share insights with the team. We need someone who is really "interested in digging into AI" in practice
Basic tasks
Deep understanding of the needs of the business
Introduction of new AI tools, regular research and testing of innovations
Conducting short educational sessions/digests for the team
Consulting design and creative teams on AI approaches and software
Communication with the art department, designers, producers and other units
What we expect:
Experience of working with AI tools from 6 months; team management experience from 1 year
Proficient in LLM, generative graphics and video, AI resources and pipelines
Ability to form competent prompts (English - level from B1)
"Surveillance" in digital, understanding of modern visual trends
Experience in researching tools, testing them and introducing them to the team
Managerial skills: building processes, planning, prioritizing, working with specialists
Understanding the creative cycle: from idea to final rendering
Desirable: knowledge of After Effects, Houdini, Cinema 4D
Experience of working with AI software: Midjourney, Sora / Runway, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Suno, etc.
