Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Team Lead for the development of new marketing channels - a person who can research new platforms, test their effectiveness and build a scaling process from scratch.

Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience in managing a team or coordinating marketing processes
- Broad understanding of PPC, SEO, lead generation, organic promotion
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, systematic, analytical thinking
- Willingness to quickly deal with new platforms and approaches
- English at the level of understanding interfaces and the ability to create texts with the help of AI
It will be an advantage:
- Experience of working with marketplaces, exchanges or services for businesses
- Experience of launching accounts from scratch
- Experience of working on the market USA
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of new marketing platforms and their algorithms (organic, advertising, ratings, competition)
- Registration and launch of profiles, search for verification solutions
- SEO optimization of profiles, selection of keywords, development of templates for scaling
- Launch and optimization of paid campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPL)
- Conducting analytics, creating reports and suggestions for improvements
- Setting and controlling team KPIs, coordinating work, onboarding new members
- Planning monthly and quarterly results, participating in reporting meetings
