Functional responsibilities:

• Support and IT support of workplaces
• Technical support of internal users of the Bank and administration of application systems
• Participation in the process of managing IT fixed assets: Inventory, accounting, movement control, write-off and disposal
• Participation in the process of ordering and tender purchases of fixed assets IT
• Interaction with internal customers and coordination of work with other structural divisions of the Bank and outsourcing companies regarding the implementation of user requests
• Adherence to time frames in accordance with SLA
• Introduction of proposals to optimize and improve the quality of services (services) provided to users
• Using and filling the "Knowledge Base" with typical solutions
• distribution of tasks and workload monitoring among colleagues
