We are looking for a Team Lead who can effectively manage a team, build processes and achieve high results in a dynamic international environment.
What you will need to do:
- Manage a team of call center operators (direction Nigeria). management position in a call center from 1-2 years
- You have experience in sales or mass communications (will be an advantage)
- Able to work in conditions of multitasking and rapid changes
- You have strong leadership qualities and team management skills
- You speak English at the level of B1+ and above
- You understand the specifics or are ready to work with the African market (will be a plus)
- Result-oriented and able to inspire the team
