Team Lead in the Call Center (with knowledge of the English language) in 1CallCenter

1CallCenter is an international outsourcing company with 13+ years of experience helping businesses in over 17 countries around the world. We are actively expanding and opening new markets and are currently looking for a strong leader to develop the Nigeria direction.

We are looking for a Team Lead who can effectively manage a team, build processes and achieve high results in a dynamic international environment.

What you will need to do:

• Manage a team of call center operators (direction Nigeria). management position in a call center from 1-2 years
• You have experience in sales or mass communications (will be an advantage)
• Able to work in conditions of multitasking and rapid changes
• You have strong leadership qualities and team management skills
• You speak English at the level of B1+ and above
• You understand the specifics or are ready to work with the African market (will be a plus)
• Result-oriented and able to inspire the team
