Customer Support manager (incoming line) in Favbet

We are looking for a call center operator who will participate in the development and provision of high-quality support for users of our resource.

Main tasks:

• Accept incoming requests from customers (calls);
• Help work with the site (provide technical support);
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere in communication with clients;
• Be client-oriented in work and help as much as possible in solving issues;

• You speak Ukrainian fluently and fluently;
