We are looking forTeam Lead B2B Marketingto work with professional cosmetics brands.

Tasks:

• Розробка та реалізація B2B-маркетингової стратегії

• Формування and strengthening the brand awareness of Lotana and its brands among the B2B audience

• Coordination and control of the use of the budget allocated to the B2B direction

• Coordination of the B2B team

Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities for B2B direction

• Organization of events (online/offline): presentations, conferences, exhibitions, webinars for B2B

Necessary skills and abilities:

• 5 years of experience

• Ability to work with analytics and make long-term planning

• Experience in market research and analysis

• Skills in content marketing and storytelling

• Team management experience

• Skills of effective budget management

• Ability to make presentations in Ukrainian and English

• Responsibility and proactivity

• Team and project management experience

• Meeting deadlines

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Strong communication skills
