Targetologist (Meta Ads) in Nowayout Escape Rooms

Hello! We are an international company in the field of entertainment, actively developing in Austria, Germany and the UAE.

Our goal is to conquer new markets and provide unique experiences in the field of entertainment all over the world: quest rooms, mini golf, laser tag arenas, interactive spaces and other entertainment formats.

We are currently looking for a Specialist in Targeted Advertising (Meta Ads) who enjoys numbers, analytics and results - high CTR, stable ROAS and campaigns that really bring sales

Responsibilities:

• Plan and launch advertising campaigns in Meta (Facebook + Instagram).
• Work with TikTok and Snapchat advertising platforms - existing experience or willingness to learn.
• Analyze results, optimize and scale effective campaigns.
• Build posts and track content performance.
• Create audiences, test hypotheses and segments.
• Conduct analytics through Pixel, GTM, GA4.
• Collaborate with designer and SMM specialist to create creatives.
• Prepare brief reports and recommendations.

What we expect:

• Work experience.
• Understanding how target audiences, funnels and analytics work.
• Ability to set up pixels, events, tracking.
• Independence in adoption solutions.
• Fluent Ukrainian language, basic English will be a plus.

Conditions:

• Remote work (full-time).
• Pay:from 45,000 to 55 000 UAH/month.

• Own cases with real results.
