We are currently looking for a Product Manager R&D. This role combines product expertise, technical awareness (APIs, integrations, data, security, IT architecture) and hands-on knowledge of agency AI tools. Skills in setting metrics, managing priorities and promoting an innovative culture are also important.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle of creating and developing corporate digital solutions: from idea generation and rapid experimentation to integrated prototypes and releases with measurable business impact
• Initiate and facilitate brainstorming sessions, form product visions, align expectations with stakeholders
• Define and track product success metrics, manage priorities and resources
• Apply agent-based AI and other modern technologies to accelerate development and increase the value of solutions
• Publicly present results, promote innovation between teams, form a culture of experimentation
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts and business to create scalable and secure solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in Product Lead / Product Manager / R&D Lead positions - from 3 years.
• Deep understanding of IT architecture: APIs, integrations, security, working with data
• Practical experience using agent AI tools (e.g. LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI API)
• Ability to form and implement product strategy, work with metrics and OKRs
• Experience finding a product idea before launching an MVP, conducting experiments, A/B testing
• Strong communication skills: facilitation, presentations, managing expectations.
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, adapt quickly and make decisions
