About the project
We are engaged in machine embroidery on clothes.
We have been working on the Polish market for the third year and are building a large-scale brand with the ambition to become a leader in our niche in Europe.
During this time, we fulfilled more than 16,000 orders on the Polish market. The audience on Instagram is 150,000 followers. We have our own production and our own design department, which allows us to fully control the product and its quality.
The main focus of the company is now the B2C direction. In parallel, we also have a separate B2B project that specializes in embroidery for companies. These are different directions and different sites, each with its own specialization and tasks.
We work with a real physical product, which we are not ashamed of. Product quality, service and long-term customer trust are important to us. It is important for us that a target analyst in the team knows how to correctly reveal the value of the product and convey it to the audience.
We are looking for a target analyst for whom adequate cooperation, clear expectations and joint work on the growth of the project are important. A person who wants to develop together with the brand and influence the result, and not just perform individual tasks.
Our target specialist looks wider than an advertising office. He participates in the development of e-commerce direction, analyzes landing pages, offers, creatives and influences the improvement of the funnel. Ideas and hypotheses are welcome, and all decisions are made based on metrics, tests and analytics.
Markets and Geo
At the moment, we work exclusively with the Polish market. This is where all sales and advertising activity is now concentrated.
The first priority for us is to clean up and significantly improve the results in the current market.
The next stage of the project's development is to enter other European markets as a step-by-step process starting with the launch MVP and basic tests, with further full-fledged exit and development in a new market.
For this, we need a target specialist with practical experience of working with European markets, who understands how to properly test a new geo, as well as move to systemic growth and scaling.
Responsibilities:
Complete management and development of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads;
Building, optimizing and maintaining the structure of advertising accounts;
Working with different types of campaigns and advertising goals;
Planning, launching and scaling of advertising campaigns;
Analysis of key metrics and data-based decision making;
Working with remarketing and audience segmentation;
Analysis of landing pages, offers and sales funnel;
Preparation of proposals to improve results ads;
Regular analytics and reporting.
Requirements:
Experience of working with Facebook Ads from 2 years;
Mandatory experience of working with e-commerce projects;
Experience of system management of advertising campaigns, not one-time launches;
Experience in managing budgets from $20,000 per month;
Understanding the structure of advertising accounts and scaling logic;
Understanding key e-commerce metrics;
Experience with European markets;
Work experience with remarketing and segmentation;
Willingness to show real cases and advertising accounts;
Willingness to show creatives for which you put TK or created yourself;
Adequate communication and result orientation.
