Project / Account Manager at Top Lead in Vizionomics

The Top Lead team is looking for a person who does not just coordinate tasks, but thinks like a product owner of the project, takes full responsibility and becomes the brain and voice of the team.

This is a role for those who like structure, drive complex marketing projects and are not afraid to make decisions.

What you will do

1. Management of client and internal projects

• Management of clients' marketing projects

• Management of Top Lead's own projects — from idea to implementation

• Complete immersion in the client's business and project tasks

2. Planning and control

• Clearly define roles and areas of responsibility

• Decompose tasks and form a detailed plan

• Monitor deadlines and priorities

• Ensure even and efficient team loading

3. Processes and optimization

• Analyze the efficiency of production processes

• Optimize and systematize approaches

4. Communication and finance

• Conduct proactive communication with the client

• Defend the boundaries of agreements

• Control contracts, accounts, payment status

• Be not a “transmitter of messages”, but a person who shapes decisions

5. Work with contractors

• Attract and manage freelancers

• Control quality and efficiency of work

• Build logical and effective chains of interaction
