Targetologist in Locomotive Digital

Your tasks:

• Form and implement a promotion strategy in social networks for e-commerce projects.
• Participate in media budgeting according to goals (ROAS/CPA/CAC).
• Analyze competitors and target audiences, create customer portraits.
• Prepare account structure and launch campaigns in Meta Ads.
• Build a sales funnel, track key metrics and generate hypotheses for improvements.
• Work in a team with a project manager, designer, copywriter.
• Conduct transparent analytics and reporting.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (e-commerce — priority).
• Setting up, automating and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, working with custom/look-alike audiences.
• Experience with directories/feeds, pixel setup.
• Experience with analytics: GTM, GA4 (UA is a plus); ability to interpret data, build and segment audiences.
• Ability to clearly formulate TOR for a designer and copywriter.
