The ideal candidate:
1. Has over 3 years of experience in launching and managing advertising in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
2. Worked with online product companies (EdTech, digital products, educational schools).
3. Has real cases with proven results: numbers, CPL, ROMI, growth.
4. Worked with budgets from $50,000/month and above.
5. Confidently knows Meta Pixel, Events Manager and basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4).
6. Knows how to conduct A/B tests, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROMI) and draw conclusions.
7. Able to create and test hypotheses, works quickly and systematically.
8. Understands creatives well and knows how to adapt messages to different audiences.
9. Works independently, systematically and effectively, with a clear focus on ROMI.
Responsibilities:
1. Launch and management of advertising:
Independently set up, launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
Create campaign structure in Ads Manager: audiences, budgets, placements, testing.
2. Creatives are the heart of advertising:
Today, algorithms are background noise. Creatives decide.
Your task is to generate ideas, messages. We are responsible for the script, editing, design and production.
3. Optimization and scaling:
Constantly optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and increase ROMI.
Perform A/B tests: creatives, audiences, placements, offers.
Find the most effective connections and scale them.
4. Analytics:
Work confidently with Meta Pixel, Events Manager.
Orient yourself in key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROMI.
Prepare short reports with conclusions and suggestions for improvement.
5. Team interaction:
Work in close contact with a creative marketer, the head of the sales department.
Working conditions:
Fully remote work.
Full time from 10:00 to 19:00.
Fixed rate $1500 + KPI (no income ceiling).
24 calendar days paid vacation days, paid sick days.
