Main tasks:

• Participation in the implementation of the provisions of European sustainability reporting standards (ESRS S) in the activities of NEC "Ukrenergo".

• Participation in the development and updating of sustainable development and ESG management documents.

• Implementation of corporate sustainability initiatives development.

• Social and ecological support of construction and reconstruction projects in accordance with the social standards of international investors.

• Ensuring the maintenance of internal accounting and planning and reporting documentation of the unit.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (management, technical, economic or humanitarian).

• Additional education in the field of sustainable development / ESG is desirable.

• Experience in the field of sustainable development - about 1 year.

• Experience in implementing sustainable development initiatives.

• Experience in social management to reduce negative impacts during reconstruction projects or construction.

• Experience of social and environmental monitoring in accordance with the requirements of international investors (IBRD, EBRD, KfW, EIB).

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of sustainable development and ESG.

• Knowledge ofinternational social standards (ESRS, EBRD, IBRD, KfW, EIB standards).

• The level of English language proficiency is Pre-Intermediate (A2) or higher.

• A confident user of Microsoft Office.

• Key competencies: system thinking, ability to work with key stakeholders, result-oriented, proactive, proactive position.
