To implement ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer to strengthen the team. Your main focus will be to find and attract the best people to SKELAR businesses. Talent Acquisition Team Today This is a team of 20 super strong and charged recruiters and sourcers. Here are a few of them: Olesya, Oksana, Maksym, Katya, Natalya; - Many hires! In the first half of the 2024 calendar year, we strengthened SKELAR with 440+ hires🚀 But we do not plan to slow down the scale😏 - Data-driven approach in recruiting. We are analytically savvy, we think in categories of funnels and conversions;– Hiring managers who are interested in hiring, give quick feedback, know how to conduct high-quality interviews and are always open to initiatives;– Ability to connect any tools for searching and attracting candidates;– Ability expand the network by organizing informal meetings. We are interested in development and learning, together we will celebrate our success and set new goals. What challenges await you:– Marketing approach: publication and promotion of creative vacancies on various job boards/platforms/social networks/professional groups;– Development and implementation of candidate search strategy (from junior to top management roles);– Candidate support at all stages of the recruiting process;– Work with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, automation tools;– Tracking the latest trends in recruiting, finding and implementing growth hacking solutions to reduce time to fill and cost per hire;– Improving candidate experience;– Expanding the network and creating talent pools of candidates, headhunting. What is important to us :– Experience in sourcing from 1 year;– Ability to visit the office in a smart-hybrid format in Kyiv;– Knowledge of technological trends in IT and non-standard talent search channels- Strong skills in creating personalized letters for candidates; - Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and build a network; - Ability to set priorities, work in multitasking mode and maintain flexibility; - Critical and systemic thinking.
