This is a rolling position, reflecting our continuous commitment to finding the best talent.This is a role we are consistently hiring for, making it a rolling position.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team of recruiters during the hiring process and sourcing.Utilize LinkedIn filters/search and Sales Navigator to source candidates effectively.Write comprehensive job descriptions following the Head Recruiter's guidelines.Accurately track and update candidate documents in Manatal ATS.Ensure timely updates to candidate records and provide regular recruitment progress reports.Conduct 15-20 impactful interviews per week and assess candidate suitability.Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline for both current and future roles.Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet talent requirements.Perform administrative tasks and streamline the recruiting process.Requirements:Proficient in LinkedIn filters/search and Sales Navigator.Knowledge and experience in recruiting, with a focus on sourcing quality candidates.Strong English communication skills (C1 level proficiency).Proficiency in G-Suite tools.Familiarity with Manatal ATS and project management tools is a plus.Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic.Full-time availability (40 hours per week).Nice to Have:Experience with Manatal or similar ATS tools.Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for team communication.A sense of humor, especially fluent in memes and GIFs.Benefits:Opportunity for growth into a senior recruitment role.Flexible remote work.Competitive compensation: $1,600 USD per month.Performance bonuses:$55 per candidate hired, with an expectation of closing 5-7 candidates each month.$25 bonus for hires sourced via Manatal ATS or LinkedIn Ads.Quarterly bonuses for exceptional performance.Working Hours:Full-time, aligned with 14:30 - 22:00 CET working hours.Our Recruiting Process:First Interview with our CEO.Second Interview with Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition.Test Task to evaluate relevant skills.Official Offer for successful candidates.Note: Only CVs in English will be accepted, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
