We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join the team with full-cycle recruiting experience.

What is important to us:

• 2+ years of experience as a sourcer;
• Experience with tech and non-tech (digital marketing/analytics) jobs;
• Search for candidates using various methods, starting with Boolean Search, X-Ray search in LN / Google, ending with social networks and even OSINT methods;
• Strong copywriting skills to create personalized letters to candidates;
• Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
• Experience with candidate databases (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Time management skills with the ability to work with several open positions at the same time.
