HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role designed to align human resources practices with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and opportunities, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues that arise between employees, or between employees and the organization—handling those issues in a manner that aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide performance management guidance on a day-to-day basis to line management. This involves providing strategies, tools, and best practices to help managers monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Identify and develop key talent and ensure succession planning is in place.
- Support the implementation of talent strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Partner with the management team to evaluate and develop performance management programs.
- Guide the annual performance appraisal process and facilitate feedback discussions.
- Work with leaders to identify organizational needs and implement changes in management strategies.
- Assist and supervise in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs for business units and individuals and evaluate training programs to ensure training objectives are met.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations influencing human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting comply with these requirements and regulations.
- Balance responsibilities between Recruitment and HR: 10/15% and 85/90%
- Supervise and enhance the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, candidate feedback, offers, hiring) at all stages.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written (English C1+, German).
