• experience in the position of a recruiter or administrator, which includes personnel management.
• knowledge of the specifics of work in the field of beauty
• practical experience in hiring employees: search, selection, conducting interviews.
• understanding of effective methods of finding candidates through various channels, in particular social networks, specialized platforms etc.

Future tasks:

• search and selection of candidates for our salons.
• using various search sources (job portals, social networks, etc.).
• conducting initial interviews and assessment of candidates' professional qualities.
• keeping a database of potential candidates.
• cooperation with the HR team to determine the needs of future candidates.
• maintaining a positive image of the company in the eyes of candidates.
