• Close cooperation with operational processes – interaction with department heads to resolve personnel issues, optimization of personnel management processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in HR from 1 year.
• Understanding of HR analytics and ability to work with data.
• Skills to develop corporate culture.
