Talent (Training and Recruitment) Manager

Our production sites in Ukraine:

Cement plants: Zdolbuniv, Rivne region and Olshanske, Mykolaiv region;

Concrete plants: Kyiv, Odesa and Mykolaiv.

Currently we are looking for Talent Manager, with principal location in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise and support the recruitment, training, development and career planning activities
  • Attract, search, screen, interview, attract, recruit competent and committed employees
  • Deal with recruitment agencies when necessary
  • Managing onboarding process
  • Identify needs, design, and implement development opportunities that afford both personal and professional growth
  • Deal with training providers when necessary
  • Manage Succession Planning process and partner with Leaders to identify and implement appropriate development actions
  • Budget planning and reporting
  • Work with HR metrics, analyze and investigate causes and trends
  • Ensure efficient internal communication system

Reporting to:

HR Director

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements

  • University Degree
  • Master’s Degree required
  • 5 yrs of experience in HR
  • Intermediate English
  • Strong communication, relationship building, organization, counseling and facilitation, influence skills with the ability to work both in a team and make decisions independently.
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet acumen, 1C/or SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills
