Specialist in auto logistics (work with primary documentation) in Metinvest

We are looking for a primary documentation specialist for the motor logistics department at the Group's enterprise - < strong>METINVEST-SHIPPING.

What needs to be done:

• check the documents received from carriers and forwarders, the correctness of the specified information in them and the availability of a complete package of documents;
• display in the company's accounting system the posting/debiting of product transportation costs and compensation of costs to customers;
• prepare invoices for sending customers compensation for transportation services;
• display claim work in the company's accounting systems;
• conclude contracts and additional agreements with carriers, forwarders, customers;
• participate in document flow optimization;

• conduct work analyzes and presentations of reports and projects.

Our expectations:

• knowledge of regulatory and legal documentation in the field of international road logistics;
• complete higher education in the field of transport logistics or a related field;
• negotiation skills;
• stress resistance, sociability, analytical mindset, the ability to work in a team, a responsible attitude to work, multitasking, leadership skills are desirable;
• language skills: Ukrainian - fluent; English - average or higher will be an advantage;
• experienced PC user, skills in working with the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
• experience in using the 1C program, will knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
