The team of the People&Culture department invites a Specialist or talent attraction specialist. 

If you:

• have a higher education
• experience in recruiting; 
• have an understanding of the main processes of attracting and retaining talent;
• can effectively use LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referral programs;
• have experience in conducting structured interviews, competence approach, assessment of soft & hard skills, ability to determine the candidate's potential;  tasks will be:
  • Full cycle of personnel recruitment in Kyiv and in the Regions.

  • Formation of a stable pool of candidates and ensuring the implementation of key indicators and plans for closing vacancies.

  • Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees: leading the adaptation course, accompanying newcomers; issuance and accounting of souvenir products (documentation, acts, write-offs).

  • Employer brand development: participation in cooperation activities with youth and educational institutions; preparation of promotional materials, participation in projects to promote the employer's brand; support of external partnerships and communications, formation of personnel reserves for production and development programs.

  • Preparation of analytical reports and presentations.
