We are looking for a Talent Assessment and Development Manager to help unlock the potential of our Overachievers and take them to the next level. best practices for talent development in a company shaping the future.

Your future tasks:

• Performance Management process management.
< li>Development and implementation (or adaptation) of the Performance management system.  
• Management of the Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.
• Planning and coordination of the development process of Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Management of the 360-degree assessment process.
