Your future tasks:
- Performance Management process management.
< li>Development and implementation (or adaptation) of the Performance management system. - Management of the Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.
- Planning and coordination of the development process of Individual Development Plans (IDP).
- Management of the 360-degree assessment process.

3 years of project management experience.You have knowledge of the methodology of building performance management systems and talent development.You know the techniques and methods of talent assessment. li>Do you know the market of providers for assessment of competencies/potential, etc.English at the B2 level is not just "How are you?", but the ability to discuss serious topics, write emails that are definitely not will remain unanswered.Benefits from us:
