The main task of the position is to ensure personnel document flow with strict compliance with labor legislation.
Essential Tasks/Essential Tasks:
Acceptance, registration and processing of documents related to changes in personnel (applications for acceptance, dismissal , relocation, etc.)
Storage and archiving of personnel documentation in accordance with requirements
Tracking of the process of preparation for employment of new employees
Entering and updating information about employees in personnel information systems
Preparation of reports for the administration and management of the organization
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting at the request of relevant authorities
Tracking and implementation of changes in labor legislation affecting personnel issues
Ensuring the confidentiality of personal information of employees and confidential information belonging to the Organization
Interacting with employees to resolve issues and conflicts related to personnel sphere
Additional duties/ strong>Additional Tasks:
Supporting own professional development in the industry personnel document flow
Requirements:
Higher education in the field of personnel management, law, business administration or related fields
Experience in the field of personnel document flow or administrative work is not less than 3 years
Necessary knowledge and skills:
In-depth understanding of labor legislation, personnel documentation processing and archiving processes
High written and oral communication skills, ability interact with different individuals
Ability to organize your work and manage multi-tasking tasks
Strict adherence to the confidentiality of personal data of employees
Ability to analyze documents and information to make informed decisions
