Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This individual should have a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Facilitate the interview process, including providing feedback to candidates and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and background checks if needed. Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Requirements & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentnment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
