We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will become an important part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruiting: searching for candidates, screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback and preparation of offers for candidates of various levels.
- Search for non-standard solutions for attracting, searching, closing vacancies and retaining both active and passive candidates.
- Interaction with industry partners to obtain candidate recommendations.
- Search and initial selection of potential candidates.
- Organization and conduct of online interviews.
- Maintenance and updating of the candidate database companies.
- Coordinating candidate interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Measuring and recording conversions at various stages of the recruiting process.
Requirements:
- From 1 year of experience working as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer.
- Ability to find an approach to different types of candidates and interact effectively with them.
- Experience with HR databases and candidate management systems (ATS).
- Understanding of search tools and channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Good analytical skills skills.
- English - Intermediate.

Stages of selection
