We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will become an important part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Full cycle of recruiting: searching for candidates, screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback and preparation of offers for candidates of various levels.
  2. Search for non-standard solutions for attracting, searching, closing vacancies and retaining both active and passive candidates.
  3. Interaction with industry partners to obtain candidate recommendations.
  4. Search and initial selection of potential candidates.
  5. Organization and conduct of online interviews.
  6. Maintenance and updating of the candidate database companies.
  7. Coordinating candidate interviews with Hiring Managers.
  8. Measuring and recording conversions at various stages of the recruiting process.

Requirements:

  1. From 1 year of experience working as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer.
  2. Ability to find an approach to different types of candidates and interact effectively with them.
  3. Experience with HR databases and candidate management systems (ATS).
  4. Understanding of search tools and channels.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  7. Good analytical skills skills.
  8. English - Intermediate.
