Main duties:

• Organization of workshop work
• Execution of planned production indicators
• Personnel management, training, motivation and evaluation of employees
• Planning and control of provision of raw materials, materials, packaging
• Cooperation with logistics and supply departments, production department
• Spot check of the quality of work performed at all stages of production
• Participation in cost optimization and increasing the efficiency of production processes
• Ensuring quality and safe conditions labor

Necessary skills:

• Experience in production
• Experience in personnel management, ability to form and motivate a team
• PC user, knowledge of Excel, Word
• Technical education will be an advantage
