We are looking for a person who knows how to find "stars" and leaders. Your main task is to attract experienced specialists (Middle/Senior/TM) to the company.
What you will do:
- Full-cycle recruitment: Management of the full recruitment cycle for Middle, Senior and Executive positions (COO, BizDev, Head of R&D, Media buyers of different levels from middle, etc.).
- Executive Search & Headhunting: Direct search for active candidates, work with recommendations and closed communities.
- Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with managers and TL to form a profile of the ideal candidate.
- Market Mapping: In-depth analysis of the talent market and competitive environment.
- Competency-based Interviews: Conducting competency-based interviews and assessing soft skills/leadership/hard qualities.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience: From 3 years in recruiting, with successful cases of closing digital / affiliate vacancies.
- Sourcing Ninja: You master Boolean search, X-ray, automation tools and know where to look for media and TL outside of LinkedIn.
- Networking: Have your own contact base or know how to quickly build it "from scratch" in any niche.
- SoftSoft Skills: High level of empathy, "win-win" negotiation skills and the ability to argue one's position before the customer.
