Production manager in ALVIVA GROUP

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of production processes at the enterprise, ensuring compliance with technological norms and quality standards.
• Planning and coordination of the work of production personnel.
• Control of compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards and safety techniques.
• Implementation of measures to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintenance of documentation, reporting and interaction with other divisions of the company.
• Development and implementation of production development plans.

Requirements:

• Higher education and work experience in management positions in production for 2 years or more.
• Knowledge of the peculiarities of bakery products production technology. 
• Ability to effectively plan the work of the team and motivate employees.
• Possessing the skills of organizing production processes and quality control.
• Responsibility, communication skills with analytical thinking and the desire to develop.

Working conditions:

• Official employment;
• Payment of wages 2 times per month;
• Compensation for medical examination and travel expenses.
