We at Laba Group are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us hire strong, motivated and "own" people. This role is not about "closing vacancies", but about partnering with the business, analytics, strategy and development of the recruiting function.

  • Take care of a high-quality candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Work with analytics — we don't just "feel", but count.
  • Cooperate with the global recruiting team, participate in joint projects and calls.
  • What we are we expect from you:

    • 2+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house - it doesn't matter, the main thing is the content).
    • Ukrainian - fluent, English - from B2 (communication with colleagues and candidates from other countries).
    • Self-organization and responsibility: deadlines are not scary, this is the focal point.
    • Attention to details and love to structures.
    • Analytical thinking: the ability to look at metrics and draw conclusions.
    • Willingness to be proactive, speak up, learn and improve processes.
    • Ability to defend your professional opinion, even if the candidate is not obvious at first glance.

    It will be a plus if:

    • Worked with mass or niche vacancies.
    • Interested in automation, AI, experiments in recruiting.
    • You have experience in improving processes, mentoring, participating in HR projects.
