The main task for the next three months:expand the team by closing key vacancies: 2 tour leaders, senior content creator, marketing manager.
What else will you do:
Fill vacancies with cool candidates
Create and match job profiles with assessment tools for each requirement
Organize and moderate the entire recruiting business process
Form yourself or receive a longlist of candidates from the manager
Publish vacancies both on sites and in various target channels, groups, communities
Process incoming feedback without involving the manager at the initial stages
Contact potential candidates who are not looking for a job and involve them in the selection process
Display extended comments in the candidate database
Conduct various stages of candidate evaluation according to the profile (e-mail, telephone, online, face-to-face interviews, test tasks)
Find recruiters / hr directors / hr managers who have intersected with our target candidates and receive referrals and posts about our vacancy on their social networks
Process recommendations from referral program participants
Proactively communicate with potential employees from the "external" personnel reserve with the goal of being a top choice in their future job search

About team:
We are a licensed tour operator, part of the bodo group of companies. We organize adventure expeditions to the most amazing places on the planet: Greenland, Namibia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Peru and others. All our trips are full of experiences, from flying over Victoria Falls to meeting the dawn in the Sahara.
We have a team of 35 people and several departments covering development, sales and customer support processes. You will be able to interact with the managers of each of them and will be able to easily ask questions to me or colleagues.
