About the role
We are looking for an HR manager who will help the team maintain order in processes, stability in people and emotional climate and tone of voice of the company in daily processes.
This is a position for a person who knows how to work systematically, but with humanity - sees behind the "process" a person, and "personnel" the team.
Main tasks
Recruitment:
full cycle of recruiting;
cooperation with educational institutions (colleges, technical schools, vocational schools);
Adaptation and support:
organization of the onboarding process of new employees;
participation in the completion of cooperation (offboarding) and feedback.
Training and development:
participation in the formation of maps of positions and competencies;
support of individual training plans;
organization of internal and external training;
support of development and evaluation processes personnel.
HR-operator and automation:
updating personnel databases, keeping reports and analytics;
participation in the implementation of Zoho People together with HRD;
work on automation of HR processes and work with AI-agent;
preparation materials, presentations, analytical tables.
Corporate culture and communications:
participation in the organization of internal events, greetings, initiatives;
support of corporate channels (Slack, Trello, Google Workspace);
development of internal communications and support of the company's tone of voice;
participation in building a feedback system communication (feedback).
We expect
experience in HR from 1.5–2 years (recruitment + HR administration or development);
understanding of the HR cycle and basic personnel management processes;
confident command of Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, preferably — 1C / CRM / Zoho / Canva;
attention, structure, initiative and the ability to communicate without "water";
adequacy, flexibility and a sense of humor - as a basic competence.
training under the "HR manager" program at the Changers company will advantage.
