We are looking for a "Talent Manager" who transforms the hiring process into a systemic business scaling tool. You will become a key figure in the creation of a complete team, where each specialist is in his place.
Main tasks:
- Full recruitment cycle from communication with the hiring manager to the candidate's offer
- Development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for various positions (from line personnel to engineering positions)
- Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates
- Coordinating interaction with candidates and company departments
- Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system
- Maintenance of CRM, daily reports
Expectations from the candidate:
- from 1 year of talent search experience
- Ability to conduct interviews and qualitatively evaluate candidates
- High level of communication skills skills
- The ability to work under stress and the ability to make decisions under limited deadlines
- Experience in the defense sector will be a big plus
