Recruiter (assistant in the personnel department), full-time, Kyiv in VildoraTim

We are a dynamically developing IT company that creates innovative products for the European market. Our team consists of 150+ professionals, and we are currently looking for a motivated recruiter to help us strengthen the team with new talents.

Your tasks:

• The full cycle of search and recruitment: from the analysis of requirements to the exit of the candidate to probation period.
• Active search for candidates using various channels (job sites, LinkedIn, professional communities, recommendations).
• Conducting telephone interviews and initial assessment of candidates according to vacancies.
• Organizing and conducting face-to-face/online interviews with department heads.
• Maintaining documentation related to hiring (registration in the HRM system, preparation offers).
• Support and development of the employer brand on the labor market.

Our expectations from you (Requirements):

• Experience as a recruiter or HR assistant will be an advantage for you, but optional - we have paid training.
• Understanding modern methods of searching and evaluating personnel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with people.
• Analytical mindset, attention to details and a structured approach to work.
• High level of self-organization and the ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
• A confident user of PC and MS Office (Excel, Word).
